My kids have been training at impact martial arts for about two years and they have attained remarkable martial arts, social, and leadership skills. Impact martial arts scheduling app is very convenient to use and helps fit awesome sessions into my busy schedule seamlessly. My kids, 8 and 9 years old, have enjoyed camaraderie and created lasting bonds and friendships via other impact functions such as birthday parties, camps, martial arts competitions and tournaments, bouncy castles, cool Halloween / trunk or treat events, Poway parades participation and water gun play/ potlucks picnics/ events at scenic lake Poway and lots more.
I am so grateful to Impact and all their amazing instructors who have come alongside my daughter when she started at 3 years of age, and encouraged and nurtured her through the years in her Black belt journey. They saw something in her that I as a new parent couldn’t see. The growth my daughter has had through her 3+ years at the studio is truly amazing. She is strong, confident and courageous which are characteristics they have helped nurture in her. I highly recommend Impact Martial Arts!

Poway Impact Martial Arts has become a second home and family to us. My daughter started when she was 3 and is now 7 and my son is now old enough and joined as well.

Impact martial arts in Poway has been the best thing for my kids! They are learning discipline, respect, self-esteem and so many other life qualities. The instructors are confident and caring and also very funny. They give back to the community more than most companies. I recommend this studio to anyone looking for a martial arts class.
My kids love Impact because the leaders know how to relate and interact with kids. They also get to use special weapons and have a great system for moving up through belts that keeps the kids motivated. My kids are learning confidence and respect through the program as well!

My daughter has been attending this place for quite a while now. Their kids’ program isn’t heavily focused on hardcore martial arts. Instead, I feel it’s more about building confidence, discipline, and respect.
They also host events from time to time, and they do an excellent job organizing them. I’ve attended a couple myself, and the scale and quality of the events have been genuinely impressive.

We attended a party here and Ms. Stacey was excellent! She was great with the kids. Very welcoming, and remembered each and every child’s name at the party…
